Precision Air of Nashville, TN installed an EarthLinked horizontal earth loop for a pool house located in Belle Meade. The installation area was a very tight space between the pool house and a privacy fence. Restrictive new drilling requirements instituted by the governing body of Belle Meade added to the challenge of the site. Because of its small footprint, the EarthLinked Geothermal Renewable Energy System was a natural choice.
The loop consisted of two ditches 125 feet long, 4 inches wide, and 5 feet deep. It was dug by a chain trencher with very minimal impact on the yard. The installation was performed by Tony LaFrenier, Cody LaFrenier and Scott Witt of Precision Air.

EarthLinked Systems are compact and require a smaller amount of yard space to install than any other system. They can be installed in any home, regardless of property size. Nine different earth loop system configurations are available, which allows flexibility to install geothermal in both larger and smaller properties. Diagonal earth loop configurations can be installed in areas as small as three feet in diameter. Plus, because the technology is placed underground, there is less equipment inside the home or visible on the outside property.
Over 20 year ago Tony LaFrenier and his wife Kellie started with one truck, a tool-belt and a strong work ethic. Today they have 24 full-time employees. One simple philosophy for doing business has led to their success: treat each customer the way they would expect to be treated. Tony and Kellie consider their business “family owned” as they strive to treat their employees as members of the Precision Air family.
