How did you get involved with EarthLinked Technologies?
It was an incident of chance. In my former position at LA Fitness, I gave Jeff Miller and Joe Parsons a tour and signed them up for memberships. They then proceeded to sign me up for a job with them! It took a few months of convincing, but I’m very happy I joined EarthLinked. I was at the right place at the right time, and it was the best accident that ever happened to me.
What does your day-to-day look like as an account development coordinator?
I’m here to make it easier for our team in the field. I work closely with the sales department, dealers, technicians and area managers to assist with a variety of tasks. I work with our team to organize training sessions, manage events and assemble all new dealer documents. I also manage mailing lists, assign incoming leads, distribute sales, coordinate service with the appropriate area managers and technicians, make referral recommendations and work with contractors and insurance companies to obtain necessary coverage. It’s never a Groundhog Day, but that’s exactly what I love about it.
What is the most satisfying part about working for EarthLinked?
I’m very proud to help turn people from interested prospects to raving fans. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is working with extremely passionate and focused people, such as Patrick Casselman and Rick Rohall, who have been my mentors since day one. Working for Jeff and Joe is enlightening because they’re the most positive, upbeat bosses you could ever hope for in life. They appreciate and acknowledge what each and every team member brings to the table, making every individual in our company feel important. It’s also really exciting to witness the web lead generation grow before my eyes.
What does the future hold for EarthLinked?
EarthLinked is going to be a household name. As the cost of electricity soars, along with all other sources of fossil fuels and oil, people are questioning the way they heat and cool their homes. As a mom, I know we certainly think about the way our homes consume energy in terms of cost, but also regarding the environment we’re leaving our children. EarthLinked Technologies will continuously deliver our customers simple, efficient, effective and innovative geothermal technology. The future for EarthLinked is paving the way in geothermal heating and cooling.
What is your most significant accomplishment at EarthLinked?
To say that you really love what you do is an accomplishment in itself for anyone, and I love coming to work at EarthLinked every single day. That’s the greatest success.
