Executive team presents Rick Rohall with top sales award.
EarthLinked Technologies, Inc. welcomed dealers from across the United States and Australia to its annual dealer conference Feb. 23 through 26. The conference, held in Lakeland, Florida, offered in-depth training opportunities, overviews of new products and support tools, as well as access to industry VIPs.
Jeffery Miller, President/CEO of EarthLinked welcomed dealers by announcing the launch of the Prime Series. “We took the best geothermal solution on the market and made it better.” Miller said. The Prime Series touts a perfect balance of power, efficiency and style while also adding intelligence. The unit is smaller, ultra-quiet and features the new EarthLinked Diagnostic and Monitoring system (EDM).
The Prime Series upgrades weren’t the only announcements of the week. Roshan Revankar, the manager of IGSHPA joined EarthLinked in revealing that the new ANSI/CSA C448 Series-16 standards now recognize DX technology.
“EarthLinked is certainly a pioneer of DX and the efforts put forth by their technical team to constantly improve their product is commendable. Presenting at the EarthLinked conference and answering questions from the dealers was an invaluable opportunity as we all share a common goal as members of the ground source heat pump industry – to advance our members’ business. The conference commenced with an award ceremony focused on dealer recognition. Lawrence Air Systems, HalCo, Buschur’s Refrigeration, Roberts Service Plumbing & Heating and Australian Geothermal Solutions all received the EarthLinked Elite Dealer award of excellence for their performance during 2015.
“Receiving recognition for anything is always a good ego boost, but with EarthLinked it is so much more. They’re so interested in taking care of the end-user, the customer. As a contractor it helps me a lot!” Scott Roberts, Roberts Service Plumbing & Heating owner said. “They have been really, really good to work with and this award is a product of our partnership and the quality of not only the relationship, but the EarthLinked brand.”
Buschur’s Refrigeration was also honored with the President’s Award for top sales during the 2015 fiscal year. The President’s Award, awarded for the first time in 2016, is awarded to the top dealer in the Elite Dealer Network who displays unmatched overall sales from an individual dealer during a fiscal year with the EarthLinked brand. The final award was presented to Rick Rohall, area manager for the Northeastern United States, for top sales in his managed territory.
