EarthLinked geothermal works to save energy and money even in calm winds.
Spent several days meeting new and existing EarthLinked dealers, and creating new opportunities in eastern Wisconsin as I traveled with Jeff Miller, company president. It’s always a great feeling to talk with our dealers and help them to promote EarthLinked systems, especially knowing that we are helping more people save energy and money on the largest utility cost in their homes when they go geothermal.
Sometimes we forget just how important this is when we look at the broad spectrum of renewable energy options out there in the market. Geothermal for the most part is invisible compared to solar panels and wind energy. Only when a geothermal system is installed does anyone see the earth loops but in short order grass is growing over the minimal excavation in the yard and life goes on.
As we traveled south on Interstate 41 from Oshkosh, WI toward Milwaukee, Jeff and I were reminded of the important role that EarthLinked has in helping people save money in their homes. As we admired the beautiful fall sunset, we also took in numerous wind turbines that stood silently in the background. I asked Jeff to take a picture and then asked what he saw. His response was exactly what I was thinking: our systems work 24/7 saving people money, no matter if it’s cloudy, raining, snowing or calm. Even if it’s 12 below zero.
EarthLinked will always be able to heat and cool a home no matter what mother nature decides to do. That, my friends, is how you know that you are doing great things to positively affect people’s lives. Until next time.
